Garden of Fragrance gives the city of gardens, Chandigarh, its distinctive whiff. The walkway meanders through fragrant bushes, scrubs and trees like Raat ki rani (Nightqueen), Damask Rose, Champa, Jasmine and many other varieties of flowers. It’s in winters and spring that the garden is truly at its best. Mornings and evenings see locals jogging, walking and generally enjoying the pristine surroundings. Be sure to try the vegetable juice being sold right outside the garden.
