CHANDIGARH: Visit of students and teachers of Kashmir to Panchkula and Chandigarh came to an end with a spectacular show of cultural programs. The students spread the fragrance of Kashmir and gave the message of love and peace. The evening began with a video presentation showcasing a glimpse of their journey so far.
The girls from Kashmir presented a song giving the message to not get defeated and accept every challenge with God in your heart. Next team fireblazers entertained the guests with their fusion dance performance enthralling each one of them.
Next the boys from Kashmir danced on a kashmiri song conveying the message that education is for all and they are armed with education and they shall change the world into a beautiful place.
Then there was a dance performance by girls from Kashmir followed by a song performance by the teaching staff of DCM Schools. This was followed by a video presentation of a speech given by the Shahnawaz from Kashmir followed by another musical performance binding the audience with famous qawalli.
The Kashmiri students also presented a dance conveying that Kashmir, the heaven on earth, belongs to everyone and made everyone present their feel homely. Before culmination, the students gave the vote of thanks to everyone and they were given token of love from Sri Sathya Sai Seva Organisation and DCM group of schools. The evening came to a close with National Anthem at D C Montessori Senior Secondary SMART School, Manimajra, Chandigarh.
The contingent hereafter is also scheduled to visit Delhi, Bengaluru and some other places.
