Bareilly ki barfi actress has visited Chandigarh for the shoot of her next movie project & people of the city went crazy for her. And the same has been shared by herself over her social media pages. Kriti with her last performance in Bareilly ki barfi with Rajkumar Rao & Ayushmaan Khurrana has made audience mum.
And now she has been working on her next project in Bollywood & it’s with the Punjabi star Diljit Dosanjh. Yes, you catch it right, it’s none other than Arjun Patiala. After Bareilly ki barfi, the actress is all set to provide some more speechless performance with Arjun Patiala along with Diljit Dosanjh.
Bollywood Actress Kriti Sanon has been Shooting in Chandigarh for her Next movie
Although being a Punjabi, actress Kriti Sanon has visited Chandigarh multiple times earlier. But it’s for the first time that the actress has been here for the shooting purpose of her upcoming Bollywood movie. And Kriti has been making most of her time by gorging over the delicious food & local markets of Chandigarh. The actress has explored the local markets of the city & shop many things for her family members.
Kriti Sanon will be playing the character of a journalist in her upcoming movie Arjun Patiala for which she has been shooting. Whereas Diljit will be playing the role of a small-town boy. And the first shoot schedule of Arjun Patiala has kickstarted from Chandigarh itself. The same will go for 1-month long shoot in the city.
Chandigarhian Welcome her as ‘Bitti’ (her character name from Bareilly ki barfi)
During her (Kriti Sanon) shoot & her me time, people of Chandigarh addressed her as Bitti, that made her more excited. Bitti has been the name of Kriti Sanon’s character that she played in Bareilly ki Barfi. Also the same made her happy that her chirpy character from her Bollywood movie has been still remembered by her fans in Chandigarh.
Earlier to this, many Bollywood movies like- Mubarakan, Bodyguard, Veer- Zaara, Fashion, Jab we met have been shot in some locations of Chandigarh. And now its time for Kriti Sanon & Diljit Dosanjh starrer Arjun Patiala to feature new locations of the city on the silver screen. Under the direction of Rohit Jugraj, upcoming Bollywood movie Arjun Patiala will be releasing on 13 September 2018.
