Police arrest Nabha jailbreak key accused Gurjeet Ladda
In a major breakthrough, the Punjab Police and a team of an intelligence wing on Monday arrested gangster Gurjeet Ladda, who was a key accused in Nabha jailbreak case.
Ladda is also wanted in other major crimes, including kidnapping and murder.
He was said to be one of the masterminds in the Nabha jailbreak case along with gangster Palwinder Pinda, in which six dreaded gangsters and terrorists had managed to escape.
Ladda was involved in a triple murder case in Gurdaspur and also in another case related to a ransom of Rs 90 lakh from a doctor in Ajnala.
The Patiala Police are likely to announce his arrest in some time.
Ladda was also accused of arranging weapons during recent attacks in Punjab.
