Services: Chandigarh Regional Office started functioning on October 03, 1966. Initially the Office started with only Agriculture Credit Department (ACD). In 1968, Agriculture Refinance Corporation (ARC), later on known as Agriculture Refinance & Development Corporation (ARDC) also started functioning from here. Exchange Control Department (ECD), now called the Foreign Exchange Department (FED), followed on September 01, 1978. Subsequently, all other operational and specialised departments started functioning. At present, the Office functions with 13 departments/Cells. The Office moved to its own building in Sector 17 in 1988.
