Services: Some Yoga specialists and other dedicated persons get together and organized an organization “Shiv Yog Sadhna” in 2004. The purpose of this organization is to spread the benefits of Yoga to the general public, to reduce the stress level in the students and to provide physical and health education. In 2009 this organization gets registered as “Shiv Yog Sadhna” under Society’s Act.
We have chosen this name because the meaning of Yoga(Yog) is to add Soul with the GOD(Lord Shiva-the father of Yoga*). In the other way Yoga is the science of purification of Body and Soul
